You can tell when you're enjoying your work because you stop blogging every thirty seconds. Got to write a document tomorrow so I'll probably end up thinking about debuggers all day as well.
The big news is that I've got some help writting the debugger, which means progress should be faster. It also means I'll have an incentive to refactor my code. There's a C# module and a C++ module. The C++ module has pretty much been refactored already and I think it's pretty much OK but the C# module has grown up from a test application and so is a little messy. I'm also going to have to make my mind up about how much code exists in the C++ module and how much as C# since the C++ code was meant to be only a thin wrapper before I added some code because it was simpler to put it there than write even more wrappers for C#.
Todays thought for the day: Every day you get through a quality audit on a safety critical project is a good day.
