Hardware components contain smoke and when they go wrong you can tell by the fact that the smoke has escaped. Some hardware also contains fire, and when you let that out the entire office stops to see what has gone wrong.

“For no one” by the Beatles is a great song, but listening to it on repeat so that you can write an assignment on it means that it may be stuck in your head for days and days.

The code to iterate through all the DLLs in a directory and create any exported classes in those DLLs that implement a specific interface is a lot easier in .NET than MFC.

Vibration test rigs are fun. April the 1st this year I shall be reproducing the classic Simpsons prank where Bart shakes up a beer can so much that Homer ends up in hospital.

I need a new hobby that a: Gets me out and about so that I can get exercise away from a treadmill for a change and b: Needs lots of hardware to do. Enter geocaching as a way to find new places to photograph.
